She knows that I have feelings for her and one day when we were talking she told me about how she had sex with someone three weeks earlier and she wont tell me who it is. I got mad and said somethings out of anger. Then next day i felt so bad i called her and apologized and she said she was fine it was nothing. Since that day every time i text her she just gives me short answers and i can tell she doesnt want to talk. I've asked her why she is doing that and if there is anything wrong. She says she fine. Can anyone help me fixing this?

She's not fine at all, she's hurt. You need to ask he to meet and really apologize to her. Tell her you reacted badly, and shouldn't have done. Women need to talk things through and it sometimes takes time for them, becuase they will only open up if they feel they will be listened to and as such, safe. She won't open up yet, because she is unsure of how you will react again. Continue to reassure her, but ask her to meet in public and apologize to her face. Tell her how much she means to you, and tell her you're upset at how you acted and you won't do it again. She didn't have to tell you who it was. Big apology and a lot of work to prove that you're really committed to her and you care.
