I get really scared when i think about what happens to your body when you die, and i feel like i can't breathe. I also get really scared thinking that i'll never be able to see my family and friends again .I have a cousin who died in a car crash, and his younger brother also died in the same way at a separate time !. They were both very young. And a couple of my friends lost their mothers at young ages, so i guess this is something that makes me panic, and i also start to have the attacks when i watch a disturbing film. I was born three months premature, and i actually did die, twice, and then obviously i was revived. And i got pneumonia once when i was a little girl, so may be that adds to the problem too. I know this sounds horrible, but sometimes i wish the doctors hadn't saved my life when i was born, as then i wouldn't be living in fear now. Although, i am also glad that i had the chance to live, because of the good experiences i have had in my life. Also, i wish i could go to a medium and see if i could be able to make contact with my cousins , or my grandparents. I never met my grandfather, as he died before i was born, and i miss my grandmother and cousins. My cousins had so much going for them, and it's not right that they were taken away like that. How can i make this feeling go away ?.

hun thats a horrible way to feel, i think the fact you have had people in your life especially family members that have died at a young age is your fear, which would be anyones fear, i think maybe if you went to see your dr they could help you with councelling which then you can talk about it all and hopefully by that you can find a way of coping hope it all works

1-see a professional therapist
2-look up the work of Lucinda Bassett. She is an expert on dealing with anxiety and has a number of products to help deal with it

Sweetheart please go to therapy so you can discuss all this with a professional. This is a lot of stuff floating round in your head to deal with by yourself.
My father has a saying that I always like about death. "You never felt youself come into this world and you will never feel yourself leave it."
Everything is going to be OK doll but you definately need help figuring it all out.
