writes: I sometimes have wet dreams. It is very annoying and uncomfortable. My clothes get wet, some parts of my body gets wet and I've to clean my body parts and change my clothes. There really isn't anything you can do about it; it's just a natural part of growing up.And no, contrary to popular belief, masturbation has no effect.

Remember your body needs to ejaculate regularly in order to keep producing fresh healthy sperm and keep your hormone levels balanced, it will do it for you if you don't do it yourself that's why you are having wet dreams.

Find some more private time and masturbate more.Hopefully doing this will discourage your brain from thinking about sex all the time even when you sleep, but there's no guarantee.
