Or she could just be naturally a short girl. Most men will not care about this. Believe me. As long as she knows how to work what she has, she will not want for men.We males are a simple species in that aspect.Flynn 24

First of all I truly, truly believe that if her body is healthy and well-proportioned it can be very great in whatever stature. However, to answer your question more pragmatically, your daughter hasn't finished growing yet and unless the epiphyseal plate cartilage has been replaced by bones in a process that ends growth in teens she can engage in some exercises to promote bone elongation such as swimming, volleyball, basketball etc.,
Remember during puberty is crucial to stay healthy and active to ensure optimal growth and a healthy body that can last you a long time. Health first and everything else is secondary, right. Take care!
