See, I had no idea he and this guy I had a bit of a thing for last summer were best friends and despite the fact that he really likes me he feels like it would be a betrayal of their friendship. We only went on one date! I never even kissed him! I have spoken to his friend, and hes perfectly ok with us dating, and he knows that its ok with him, but his admireable decency stops him from being happy with me. Hes perfect for me and it hurts me a little inside every time I see him. I want him so bad but he is detirmined not to hurt his friends feelings. I have no idea about what to do about this situation. I've tried talking to him and I've tried geting his friends to talk to him. Does anyone have any better ideas? How can I convince him that he needs to stop worying about what others think so much? Or should I just give up?
