I really want this guy - there's a mutual attraction between us and has been for at least 6 months. When he starts working his way towards me and I respond, she steps in. Is there anything I can do? Obviously I have to be careful cause we all work at the same company. Could she have something hanging over him? Should I just stay back and let it ride? I have a b/f at work as well but that shouldn't matter, right? I can't help it that my mind and heart are with this guy.

 Right on Fade! Dear poster you sound like the wacko in this post. Dump the boyfriend, he deserves much better. And this other guy would do the same to his girlfriend IF he was as interested in you as seem to think. How old are you anyway?
