I very strongly recommend you practice "squirting" on your own so you aren't self conscious, and a great way is with a toy for just that (I like the ones that are made for G spot stimulation plus the little bunny ears or something for the clit). Make sure you adequately stimulate the G spot. I find for me personally it works best to really work on the G spot until you feel very close to finishing and then finish off with the clit. You will need to relax for this to happen, almost like you are pushing it out. It's a bit of an odd sensation, which is why you should practice on your own first. Then try having your boyfriend do that with his hands. Make sure you pee right before so you can be certain it's only ejaculate and NOT urine coming out.
