 Well, it means good things! I suppose, unless he's unstable and obsessive, in which case it could mean he's on the verge of stalking you. But, I'm assuming he's mentally healthy and that he just likes you a lot! He thinks about you all the time and just adores every moment he spends with you. I wouldn't get too freaked out, but as the other Aunts said, if you don't care for him that much you should probably break it off. He'll just fall more in love with you, and you'll just get more turned off.

He just means that you're very special to him and mean an awful lot to him.
That's a wonderful thing for him to have said to you, romantic and gorgeous.
It's not a guy thing anyway, it's what any person could say to any other person.
If you don't feel the same way towards him, then you are at risk of hurting him. If when he told you that you were his world you felt nothing, then maybe you should say so. It's better to hurt him now, than later.
