A female United States age , anonymous writes:

I have been talking to this man for 6 months. We both fell in love with each other. One night, we were texting each other...it was the only way at the time because of his job. Everything was going well. Then at the end, he said, "I'm a sick man". I asked him what he meant...he said, "Cold or a flu...the cold air". And now silence...I have not heard from him since(been one month now). I have no other way of reaching him other than the internet and phone. Then I had a dream that he was saying that he was going somewhere and twice he said he loves me. What does this mean?

Thank you all for your answers I appreciate the help very much. As for the anonymous writer...yes I do know where this man works and where he lives. I have been in chats for over 25 years and I think I would know what I am doing, thank you very much. But I just want you all to know, that this man has showed me his true colors and I no longer have any contact with him whatsoever. I have moved on...and I still have hope. Thank you all so very much.

If he is saying he is a "sick man" it makes me think it is more then a cold. I hate to say it but when i think of somone who says he is a sick man, three things come into mind.

1. He was in this relationship for the wrong reasons, and his conscience caught up to him

2. He realized he was attracted to something other then men or women

3. He has a terminal illness and does not want to get deeply involved, knowning that it would hurt you more whent he time comes

I hope the best for you, but after a month it may be time to move on.

Okay... so you are in love with a man you met on the internet and have spoken to on the phone...????

Do you not know where he works or where he lives???

Something is just not right with this scenario....
