reader, anonymous, writes (12 December 2006): I think you should confront him with this and get to the bottom of it. Have a good chat and find out exactly what is happening. He is bound to come up with some excuses, believe them if you want but only you can be the judge.
If they are really bad then i think you need to dump him and get away. There are plenty of really lovely guys out there.

 He's obviously playing around behind your back. You need to have a long chat and make some ground rules, if he doesn't go along with you then dump him. Simply really.
