A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

So there is an older man.. about 10 years older, I am 21... He is my superior at work.

He's really smart and I find myself really attracted to him.

Every time he is explaining something to me he looks at my lips while he speaks. And when he is talking to me we make eye contact and he almost never blinks and it feels like he is looking into my soul!

What does it mean if he does this?????

I am 23 and dating a man 18 years older than me....if you two are attracted to eachother then u need to establish whether it's lust or whether u actually feel something for him...by the sound of it he is already into you but you need to actually go out on a date as friends and see how things are between u before u can establish if he is genuine or not

llifton agony auntmaybe it means he's really good at eye contact?

no one can really speculate what it means without being a fly on the wall to watch you two interact. does he go out of his way to touch you at all in the slightest? does he find ways of bumping into you frequently or make excuses to be near you? does his body language show interest? there's a million factors that play in.

maybe he likes you. who knows?

A female reader, malvern United Kingdom +, writes (12 August 2013):

malvern agony auntHe fancies you but be careful. He's a work colleague and it can be become a very awkward situation if you encourage him and then find out he's not really what you want. There's also the fact that he may be married. It is best not to encourage this man. Just continue treating him as your superior at work and nothing more.
