I think you know more than anyone else on here if you are being paranoid or if your boyfriend is lying and cheating on you. Do you feel a sense of paranoia, or are their facts that show your boyfriend is different towards you?
Maybe you could go out with him to the pub in future? I'm not sure what else to suggest. It doesn't sound like there is very much trust there for you to have these issues with him. You need to either trust him and move on from this or maybe accept that there is more to his odd behaviour.

You need to keep an eye on him, don't burst out as soon as you find something, slowly gather all evidence and proof and then confront him when you can.This does not sound good because, i did that a couple times, becasue I had something to hide, this is not a good sign.
