writes:There's this guy in my classes and he really seems like he likes me. He stares at me sometimes.. When he talks to me, he looks right into my eyes. He teases me in a friendly way. He sometimes "jokes" around about stuff. Um.. Like, for example, I was moving my desk and he pulled my desk closer to his and said "Oh yeah, come closer to me... just kidding" but he never moved it back xD Like whenever he flirts I guess, he says "just kidding" When it's obvious he's not xD When our eyes meet he usually tries to hold my gaze. And sometimes I turn around a few seconds after, and I can still see him in the corner of my eye, looking at me. He touches my feet with his feet a lot. But when he touches mine, he keeps it there. And he looks at me sometimes when he does, and sorta smiles.However, despite all these signs. He ignores me whenever he is around his friends. I mean, I don't even think he looks at me :( But sometimes I see him glance over at me. Then quickly go back to his friends. But whenever he isn't with his friends, he acts like, everything I just said, with me xD Do YOU think he likes me? I mean, he is pretty popular, and I am kind of an outcast. And why does he ignore me when he's with his friends? Please help me! :(

 Well i wouldn't tell my high school freinds about a girl i liked... because then you have to hear all their opinions an advice. This doesn't stop at high school sadly i think its a life long thing. For example these are some comments that come to mind after bringing a girl around other guys, "you must have paid her" " shes a stripper" " did you kidnap her" "15 will get you 20"
Also if these friends of his know hes into you they will blow it up big time and probably go out of their way to embarrass him in front of you.
I think its probably best they dont know lol.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 December 2011): most guys r to emberased to tell there friends tht they like a girl tht isnt as popular my example for you is tht when i moved to were i curently live there was this realy pretty girl tht i liked and i would flirt with her but i was emberassed to tell anyone cause i never realy dated anyone for more then a week but i was popular everyone liked me and i told my friends and they were like ok so wat ur dating her so hes probal just confused or emberased but i also would put my feet by hers and. sat next to her so it was good we dated for like 3months
