It really depends on the couple. You will have to spend some time with this guy to see if he really is right for you, or if he is too old for you maturity wise.... but beware... you may get your heart broken also. When I was just a little older then you I dated a guy for 8 months, and when I decided to go back to school (in September) he ditched me, and was married by January. I realized afterwards that he had been cheating on his fiancee with me... I was young, cute and a nice piece of ass. Men like to feel like they can get any young thing into bed.
But, there are some nice ones out there too. Soon after that I met my now fiancee, and we have a big age difference too. I'm 24, he's 35, but it works for us. But, you will still get those people who raise their eyebrows when you tell them the age difference.... you just have to do what feels right for you! Good luck!
