My mom has never really been too happy with the idea of me having a boyfriend, so I never really had one. I think this guy in my first hour class likes me, but i'm not that sure. He always says hi to me and if he sees me in the hall, he'll wait for me and then walk with me to my next class, and on friday, he asked for a hug. Does he like me? Reply to this Question

It's possible. However he could just be a good guy, helping you out. I'd say observe the situation for a week or two more, and tell us what's been going on
