 You really need to talk to him and try and establish the status of your relationship, if he is having a sexual relationship with you and still seeing other girls, then he may be only using you for his sexual pleasure.
You do not want to be used in this way, you need to find out what his intentions are with you, then take the correct steps to resolve the issues, some times guy do tell girls that they love them but only play on their good nature, if this guy is only using you for one thing, then maybe it is time for you to find some one who will love you,for yourself and not just use you for their own pleasure, you deserve a lot more from a relationship.
