I bled a little, but I'm pretty sure he didn't break it. And he didn't cum in me. So yeah, my question is. Am I still a virgin? It freaks me out losing my virginity, cause I'm only 16. And wanted to wait till 17 to do that. And is there a chance that i could get pregnant?

You had sex, albeit kinda sorry sex, but sex nonetheless. You have lost your virginity and could very well be pregnant even if he didn't ejaculate inside. Sperm are tricky little buggers. Next time use protection.

Pretty much, you have had a penis in your vagina. Makes you a non-virgin.

In the sense that you are a newby- you still got it!

Well, say you get together with another guy and he asks, "Hey - are you a virgin?" and you proceed to tell him
"Well, I kind of had semi-sex. We got naked, he got an erection, and we had intercourse but I don't think he put it in hard or far enough for my hymen to break. Oh - and he didn't ejaculate in me either"
He's think you were absolutely crazy for even thinking you were still a virgin. Sorry dear, you are not a virgin. And yes - of course you can be pregnant.
Do a bit of research in to sex education before you next get intimate with someone.

The second is a spiritual one where whatever act of sexual intercourse, even if just the forehead inserted into you, you have lost your virginity. This info was given to me by a pastor at a church I used to attend Christian Activities at.
Don't they have sex-ed at your school?!
You can only get pregnant if sperm gets inside your vagina. This can either be achieved from penetrative sex, fingering when sperm is on the fingers (still fresh), if sperm somehow seeps into your vagina - eg: if he squirts all over you and yeah... Pretty graphic, but hey, that's how it is.
