 Unless you said something like "Beige, I think I'll paint the ceiling beige" while you were having sex, I don't think you need to blame yourself.

 Ive had the same worry with my boyfriend but tbh its natural sometimes, also if it takes him a long time to 'com*' then it is very possible for him to loose it. its nothing to worry about and not your fault dont worry!
