And it like so if she did have a body he would want her? And I feel like since he said that I feel like he only likes me for my body. And my friend told me he said he loves me, but he really likes this other girl. So I don't know if I should break up with him or not. Help ? Thanks.

I suggest you give him a chance and talk to him about it becasue i know how it feels to be judged without being talked to it before hand and tlak to him tell him how u feel hope all is well Love i know how it feels going thru something similar right now =[
