I know that you love this guy but you can't let him treat you like that. You need to break it off and not see him anymore. I know that will be very hard for you to do and you might always have feelings for him because he was your first love. If you just take him back and let him get away with that he won't ever respect you. He will think that he can just do whatever he wants and you will just forgive him and take him back. You will probably resent him one day for this and you shouldn't have to be someones second choice. You will always worry in the back of your mind that he will leave you for his ex again. I know it will be extremely hard but you deserve better. You will meet someone knew eventually and will be glad that you moved on and didn't put up with your ex-boyfriend.

reader, anonymous, writes (11 April 2009): Ok PLEASE forget about this guy i know you love him but he just seems to take advantage of you probably cause you let him get away with to much. KNOW that your better than that. The best thing you can do is just ignore the dude if he try's coming back. In your next relationship don't buy the guy anything unless he buys you things and don't be to nice otherwise they will take advantage.
