writes: His someone i love so much. however he never has time for me. when i try seeing him, he always says his busy. sometimes we plan to meet, and when he stands me up. i feel hurt and end up being depressed for a weekhowever now he wants to see me. i am afraid to go ahead and meet him, because i will end up disapointed and depressed.something i dont like so do i refuse to go and see him? but i hate running away from my problems...or should i go ahead and face the problem...

You are not running away from your problems if you stand up to this unreliable person.
Tell him what you think.
"No, I will not be dating you. You are unreliable and being stood up hurt my feelings. You have more than enough chances to correct this hurtful thing, so do not waste my time."
Teach him that you will not accept being treated that way.
Teach yourself to not accept being treated that way.

Never face a problem that you can entirely eliminate. Why even waste the energy? You can get rid of this whole problem right now by saying 'no', then cutting contact and leaving him in the past. He will hurt you, so why get hurt when you can get rid of him.
