writes:Hi, im writing this the night before my finals start.I have been with my boyfriend for 3.5 years. Every once in a while my boyfriend will go out on mad night (staying out all night and next day doing drugs)and not call. Late the next day he will say his phone died and he couldnt call. We have the same fight and he says if it happens again he will use someone elses phone, he never does this. So he has done this again, been awol for a day and a half, and im wondering if you think that he really cares about me, to do this to me before such important exams? Is there any excuse or is he not worth being with. Id love youre help im so stressed and sad x

I read your messages before I left for my exam this morning and they really put a pep in my step! I took your advice on board and called it with him today. These exams will stay with me for life and he might not so its time for me to focus on my future. Thank you both so much for your help xx

No he is not worth your time. I'm a college student too, and that is a lot to put up with when you are taking finals. Even if you weren't taking finals I'd say that you shouldn't be with this man. Sorry all of this happened to you. Putting in three years of time with someone is a lot of your time, but I am sure that you could find someone better. Maybe breaking up with him will give him a wake up call.
