writes:hi i have been with my boyfriend for 5 years and i love him so much. recently i found out that he went thru a phase where he thought he didnt want to be together and was flirting with other girls and actually kissed one. then he lied about it. i confronted him and he says he will change and has changed but i am not sure. he still texts the girl he kissed but he says as friends and she initiates the texting. he is my best friend and boyfriend so what can i do??

 Hi, ask him to stop texting her as it upsets you. If he wants you to regain the trust you once had in him then he has to prove to you that he can be trusted.He may quite enjoy knowing that you are jealous, but he has to realise that the relationship will never work if you dont respect each others feelings or trust each other, without trust you have nothing, make him see and believe that.x
