He hides his past relationships

Hi everyone! a few months ago, i wrote to you guys about this boy, who i just can't forget. The thing is that he kissed me, told me he really liked me, we were together day n night for exactly a week, it was the best week of my life, until he told me he was too old for me. he'll be 18 soon, i'm 14. We had a lot of issues, it ended up, we had something again but it was secret, he just comes back to me and we can't stay apart. He looks at me every single second and follows me but he never asked me to be his girlfriend. The thing is that he told me from the first day that he had never had a relationship with anyone for more than a week, but had been madly in love with this girl for 4 long years, and nothing happened between them. it was suspicious, but i believed him. I know who she is and i've never seen them together but the hole school know he was on his knees for her. All theese girls around him have always been very bad to me. Now i found out he had been bf n gf with each of them! around 2 months per girl and including his ex crush (3 girls). They r all bffs, and he has also had others. He told a friend he has had around 8 gfs. I just don't know what to think. I know he has lived almost 4 years more than me, and he HAS exs and has had other girls but why did he lie to me? Can he still fall in love with someone else having his long time crush there with him through the days? (we all study together) he's going to graduate in january 2010 so do you think we have a chance to be together? he really seems interested and girls say he acts like he really cares about me but why can't he take the next step if he took the very first one?
