He hasn't suggested a second date?

Question - (6 January 2014) 1 Answers - (Newest, 6 January 2014)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I met this guy, we went out on a date and everything went really well! We talked about going out again, we have texted each other everyday since the date. We talked about our days off, but he hasn't asked about going out again. Do you think it slipped his mind, or does he not want to go out again? He text me all day, so I'm assuming he likes me? It's been awhile since I've dated, am I over thinking it?

A reader, anonymous, writes (6 January 2014):

OP you're still in constant communication so it's still going well. I mean the whole purpose of dates is to meet up and get to know each other in a fun setting. Well you're still getting to know each other even without that second date because of the messages so it's all good.

It's not as if he's gone cold or anything.

I'd just playfully ask him when he's going to ask you out again in the next text chat you have with him.

You're not overthinking it really, you just want to meet up again and are getting a little impatient which is natural.

Just throw it out there that you'd like that and set something up.
