Vane is verified as being by the original poster of the question Hey thanks to everyone that answered my question. But he didn't go to the doctor because it went away. He only had it for like 4 days. But we still don't know what it was and hopefully it won't come out again. Thanks again.

 It could be just a regular spot in a random place. I'm no expert but I doubt it's genital warts. Do you have an ulcers or anything on your hands because that could be it.
It could even be a boil in which case the docs would be needed but I don't think boils are harmful long term. Just keep away from the oral for a while.
I'd say he keeps checking and if it get worse or painful get it checked out by the docs.
