I'm scared and worried what's going to happen to me now. But my main concern is how to tell him that he gave me herpes. I'm scared he might be a ass about it and tell everyone I have herpes. Were still friends but I just don't know how to tell him he gave me herpes. So what should I do ?

You really need to tell him.
I can understand that it's difficult though so I'd suggest you're not too blunt when you tell him. Tell him that you have herpes, even if it's difficult for you. You don't want to come across that you're accusing him because it's upsetting enough anyway. Just tell him you could have caught it off of him but you're not sure, so it's worth getting himself tested. Even if you are sure, scaring him might put him off getting himself tested and it's important that he does! So don't be too blunt with him, just enough to get the message across.
As for spreading that you have herpes, he'd have to be quite stupid to do that! He should be a friend towards you and keep quiet but, as Jmtmj said, if he told everyone about you then he'd also be telling them about himself too.
Don't worry, it's just important that you let him know. Good luck.

How do you tell him?? Who cares, you tell him ASAP! Would you really want him to unknowingly give it to another girl- just like you? He's not going to go around saying you have herpes, because then that would let people know that HE has it...
Just tell him straight out and as soon as possible
