If moist semen containing sperm wound up on your vulva or in your vagina, there's a chance you could get pregnant.

My suggestion is to talk with your gynecologist about this and have frank open honest discussion about your sexual activities sooner rather than later. You need to know the facts before you engage in sexual activity or you will wind up pregnant and/or with an STI.

reader, anonymous, writes (8 August 2010): There is a possibility you can get pregnant this way if you were ovulating at that time, which might be hard to tell. Did it happen closer to the middle of your cycle, right after your period or right before you period? Even though I wouldn't rely on it, consider the middle of your cycle the time you are most likely to get pregnant.
