 One fairly significant ingredient is salt, which is not good in the eyes. It should clear up eventually and the suggestion to keep rinsing by "sexseahot" is a good idea.

 This has actually happened to me before! I just used a lot of visine and just waited it out. Maybe you might want to wash your eye out again. If it don't go away within a week, you might want to get that checked out, but I'm pretty sure it should.
