Never hold a man's words or what he said.
They are not like the words of the Gospel.
What he told you only applies for that day or maybe applies for a few days.
After that, it is like the Mission Impossible,
the message will self destruct.
Forget he ever said those things.
He won't even remember what he told you.
His ex g/f could have done the same to him like what he did to you.
He reaps what he sows.
What goes around , comes around.
If you don't mind being fried a 2nd time ,
take him back and be happy.

Did he leave a voicemail? i dont want to bust your bubble but maybe he just forgot to delete you in his phonebook and the call button was pressed by accident (Ive called people in my phonebook by accident several times). Perhaps his gf got a hold of the cell and was trying to figure out who you were... Please know that I know exactly how you feel about wanting someone who is with someone else. I hope everything goes in your favor.

I hope I helped you in some way
Good luck :)
