writes:Starting out, my bf's name will be "George." So, George asks me out and I'm all happy because I've liked him for maybe... a year and a half. And then we go on winter break and don't see each other until New Year's Eve, when we have a really nice talk and the chemistry flows and everything is just peachy. Then, after New Year's Eve, he doesn't talk to me. At all! Not once! No calls, no emails, not even AIM! It's like he's trying to avoid me! Now me and "George" are back in school, have been for two weeks, and he still makes no move to talk to me! We went out with a couple of friends and they asked him why he wasnt standing next to me or even talking to me. His reply was "I don't feel like it." WTF??He doesn't want anyone to know about us, and I have a feeling he's going to dump me every time he sees me. I still REALLY like him, possibly even love, but I cant be in a relationship like this. I don't even think he's into me anymore, but I cant be totally sure. Half of my friends want me to break up with him and the other half doesn't understand why.So, back to the point, should I break up with him, give him more time to figure it out, or talk to him first? Hun I'm sorry to say that I think he already has split up with you.
He's just too much of a wimp to say it to your face.
My advice is to assume you are over and ask some other boy out. If George complains then just say that since he hasn't spoken to you yet this year, you assumed he'd gone off you and if he wants you back then he can make some effort.
