writes: my boyfriend and i broke up Tuesday. we have a daughter together. we hadn't been really talking much. i was talking to him Saturday and then he randomly asks me if he can stay the night with me he said he would help out with the baby. at first i said no then i thought about it maybe we would fix things..so he comes over and we aren't really talking much or anything. then after a while he starts wanting to cuddle and kiss me i kept saying no cause we ain't together, i asked since he broke up with me why does he wanna cuddle. and he said you keep denying me i guess he meant as in as getting back together? well he ended up saying we are back together. and we he said he loved me and stuff we cuddled and he kissed, but yesterday when i asked him again he said he kinda wanted us to be together but kinda not.. i asked why and he said he didn't know.. he said that it felt weird and he didn't know what it was. he said he wasn't for sure if he wanted to be with me right now cause we was confussed. he said we needed to wait a little longer just for him to get everything on his mind straightened out.he still told me that he loves me, and he said he loved me yesterday. is he seeing someone else? what do i do?

Is he going to waffle on your relationship every time he has personal issues? He is making you stay in limbo, raising his daughter while he sits and "thinks".
Let him know he either needs to commit to you or get out of the picture so you can find a real man to help raise the child. And by commit I mean marriage.
Don't be "at his disposal". Respect yourself.
There is not enough info to determine if he is seeing someone else. You need to ask him, and get all the details.
