He doesn't hug me but is all over his mates

im going out with this guy for two moths now and we really love each other. but he'll never tell me whats bothering him he just puts his guard up and stresses at me and now hes always stressed about sumat coz our group of friends have had an argument and split up and his best mates in the ova group and im in this group so hes staying with me but he never seems as happy with me as he does with his best mate. and at school he never hugs me or kisses me but he hugs all his ova girl mates.his ex is one of my best mates and also one of his and her boyfriend is one of his best mates and they're thinking of having sex and for some reason hes really bothered by it now i said its her life and its up to her what mistakes (or not) she makes but hes really bothered and he'll notice when anybdy else is upset but with me he either dsunt notice or he doesnt care coz i was nearly crying the ova day and he just stayed with his mate i dont know whats the amtter with him anybody have any ideas?
