What the hell do you want to be with him for? You might have love for him but he certainly isnt showing you any back is he?
My advice is that you should pack your bags and go. He sounds like a completely selfish and nasty person. I would run now before you end up with baby no4. He obviously has a very low opinion of women.
Sorry but I cannot see any happiness with this guy for you.
