Hello there .... you are very young to be all troubled about a boy, especially one who does not sound particularly considerate or gentlemanly! I am not sure what being on 'a break' means in his case ..... did his girlfriend know he would be kissing other people during this time?? Anyway, it is not very good behaviour on his part to be arranging to see people behind his girlfriend's back, to then not turn up to meet you with letting you know he was cancelling .. and to then not be bothered to answer your calls! It sounds as though he is back with his girlfriend and either cannot answer calls easily if he is with her or he know he behaved badly and is avoiding having to explain himself! Either way, he doesn't sound a very reliable 'catch' and if you were to continue in this vein it could affect your school work and upset you ... is he really worth that. I would like to say that you shouldn't be blaming yourself and asking what you have done to upset him ... he is simply behaving in an offhand and arrogant manner. Stop blaming yourself or assuming it is something you have done .. this is a common trap to fall into (I am 41 and have done it myself over the years). I don't know if my answer is much help but I hope it least clarifies that you are not to blame for his flaky contact/behaviour! I presume he is a similar age to you?? so will probably not be interested in any sort of committed relationships. It may be a good idea to step back, relax and look at it as if you are an outsider and ask yourself if he behaves like this now, what would he be like if you were to get more involved with him. You will probably get much better answers than mine on this site but I hope this is of some small help for you! I have two daughters similar age to yourself & so I understand how it can be at your age re boys etc ... Good luck :) x
