Me and my ex-boyfriend split up about four weeks ago, due to the fact the he couldn't handle me having a lot of friends, which happen to be boys.

He thought that there was something going on between me and and one of my friends. Now he's saying he wants to be friends, close friends like the rest, but I'm not sure as I'm still really hung up on him and want him back.

If I let him go for good I'm worried I'd be making a huge mistake! Now I'm really confused and don't know what to do the best. Should I try to be friends just for him? Or cut all ties and start anew?

If you want to remain friends with him and have him in your life in a platonic way, then by all means do so, but dont be friends with him if you dont want to just so you wont hurt his feelings.
