I was a little worried that his friends at work would put ideas in his head.I expressed how i felt more than once and he told me I was becoming annoying with it. I back off a little bit.. There was a barbeque that I wasn't invited to and he went and told everyone not to invite me.After that he started to act different towards me and I do like him. What should I do?

Nothing. There is nothing for you to do here.
I suspect you may have come on a bit strong or seemed a bit needy/clingy and he was put off by it.
He's not interested and wants as much space between you as possible, so I say give it to him.
Write this one off and move on.

Don't waste your time with this guy. His signals - that he isn't much interested in you - are pretty clear....
Good luck...

Leave him be, he isn't interested.
And in the future... don't use your workplace as a dating pool because WHEN things don't work out (like in this case) things can get awkward and uncomfortable.
