Some normal reasons he might not have achieved orgasm:
Performance anxiety.
Risky place (trucks have lots of windows)
First time, lack of experience.
Generally it takes some time to get everything right.
Now for some Fatherly advice, you did use a protective barrier even for oral sex? and your HPV vaccine is complete? because just because he said it was his first time . . . .

Are you using any kind of protection or are you quite happy to contract gonorrhoea, herpes, chlamydia, syphilis, hepatitis A, B or C or HIV?? Most of these will affect you all of your life and most of these can affect your chances of ever conceiving.You are way too young, inexperienced, naive, innocent and uninformed to be sucking men off in trucks whom you barely know. Where's your common sense? Don't you realise this boy/man is going to be telling all his mates about you? How you look when you're doing these things to him, whether or not you were any good etc etc?? Males have absolutely zero respect for females who behave in this way. He'll be very happy to accept your offer of an open mouth without him having to do one single, solitary thing to deserve it, but he'll never go out with a girl so very ready to perform sex acts. You will get a reputation among him and his friends and what they say about you behind your back would not be pretty listening. How about you leave doing these sordid things and concentrate on growing up first? Gain some self respect and ONLY engage in sex when you are older and wiser.
