reader, anonymous, writes (9 June 2007): There is a difference between a man that is trained to last long and a man who has problems acheiving orgasm. I assume that as "controlling himself" means that he trained.. but what has gone wrong that he's not very good in getting orgasms?? Hmmm?? Go to www.healthystrokes.com and look for questions because first you must have to analyze that what might be wrong :P Is he on some kind of pills? Anti-depressants?? (they supress orgasms)
