He doesn't want the same things you want... you say you love him, but he doesn't want a serious relationship so you have to respect that. See if maybe he wants to still date sometimes and not be together seriously. Try dating other people as well, you may end up finding someone who does want the same things as you!! Maybe he will come around later and realize he wants to be with you, but it doesn't always work like that. A relationship has two sides and if he doesn't want it, don't try to force it and hurt yourself by chasing him.
