He breaks up with me...now he calls all the time. What gives ?

My boyfriend broke up with me one month ago. He said he loved me but needed to see others because he was too young. so he has been and so have i. The last week he has called or txt me every day. It has been about random stuff but it is every day. He has called me drunk two times and questioned me who i was with etc. i calmly have told him that is not his concern as we are not a couple. I love him with my whole heart....i just don't know what to do.
