writes:well my boyfrined and I finished 4 months ago. we were together for a year and a half almost. we finished because he had feelings for someone else and about a month later they started seeing each other. he'd still text and phone everyday however as things got more serious between them I'd obviously hear off him less. I'm still in love with him and he still tells me that he loves me. He has asked that I wait for him because he does want to get back together someday. I'm not sure what to do, I love him but I'm not prepared to wait around forever. surely if he loved me enough he'd finish with this girl now? help

 Lose him...this guy is not in love with you, just the idea of it.He is keeping his options open just in case it goes all pear shaped with this other girl he is with.Do you want to be 2nd best?...a back burner? This guy is just not into you...otherwise he wouldn't of ended your relationship in the 1st place.
