So this guy approached me in a club at the weekend, he chatted to me for ages was really nice, the convo was easy not over the top and I wasn't drapping myself round his neck, he spent time talking to my friend about me (she got the vibe he really liked me and she is pretty clever)so he asked for my number and after around an hour I said goodbye gave him a peck and left with my friends. Next day I get couple of texts from him but that was it, Monday morning I text him "Hey J how are you 2day" nothing back not Monday, not Tuesday, not Wed, not Thurs so I text him again nice and friendly hi how r u just curious as never heard back hope all is ok. He wrote back saying sorry babe just been busy. Seriously is a guy ever to busy just to send a reply text back - or is it just a brush off. I don't get it. Am not desperate and very independent I just liked him thought be great to go out on a date with him at least.(btw I am 35 next week).

pepper27 agony auntHi Hunny

Dont text anymore, If he is interested he will text you but just leave him love, Yea your out and you get chatting and you swap numbers but I would never text first if I heard nothing then the number would be deleted within a week and then its sods law you get a text and havent a clue as you dont know the number :) Well thats what I used to do hunny. When your out having a few drinks enjoying the night people swap numbers all the time Ive never text one of them. I always think they probably have had a drink wake up and think who on earth is so n so...lol! Well I here it enough from my sons so there is the proof..I dont think its done to hurt its just one of those things. Its no skin of your nose sweetheart if he doesnt get intouch his loss eh!!!!Some of these guys have g/fs and probably crap themselves the next day. But not all guys are like this and one day you will get the call you are looking for so dont judge every guy the same love, He was not for you if its meant to be it will happen. We are all busy eh! DV1 agony auntI think he may just be busy. There's also a thing guys do, though. Guys don't want girls thinking that they have to be the center of their universe. Because of that, they say that they're busy, or try to find something to do to not look needy...
