writes:i have been with my boyfriend for eight months and we have been having unprotected sex (dont lecture me) i know i have been so stupid, i should no better as i use to be a really safe girl and would never sleep with a boy without a condom. we dont have STD's or anything we both have been checked and we are fine. we really love eachother and i have known him for years. thing is im worried i could be pregnant, im due my period on dec 6th sometime, but these past 2 weeks i have felt different, been feeling like i have no energy and find it hard to get out of bed in the morning, also i have been having short naps through out the day, i had lower back pain for 3 days that was sore but its better now just a bit sore, my boobs hurt sometimes, but not always, some days they are very sore that i cant stand my boyfriend touching them but sometimes its bearable. have had pains that come and go... also i have drank alcohol lately and each time i have been sick, have had some dizzy spells, and i have been eating way too much, even stuff i wouldnt normally eat and after sex or even a few days later fluid leaks out of my vagina its clear and looks like water sometimes its a milky colour it isnt discharge because it literally runs out of me like a tap its happend alot recently it doesnt smell or anything but its got me worried, could that be a sign im pregnant?, could all this just be down to my period coming? or could it be that im pregnant? when is the best time to get a pregnancy test? please help

 The main thing is that you are in a good relationship with your boyfriend. Even if you are pregnant its not the worst thing that can happen to you. Its natural for girls to risk getting pregnant when they are in love. The same thing happened to my daughter who is about your age. She is pregnant now but both her and her boyfriend are happy.Ceratinly your symptoms sound as though you are pregnant. Wait a while and then take a test. If you are not pregnant then go on the Pill and keep taking it regularly. Good luck :-)

reader, anonymous, writes (25 November 2009): hi don't be freakin' out but being pregnant is a wonderful gift god gives us because he blesses us with a child to teach and love. i am currently pregnant and we can't wait. I would have to tell you that it sounds like you could be....but i don't know your body like you know it, but just by the sounds of it. i know that it took us three to four months before i got pregnant. but sometimes it could only take one time. i took a pregnancy test and it never came up positive until i was 14 weeks along. I would recommend just waiting to find out or go to planned pregnancy there are locations just about everywhere. they are free and you can get a pregnancy test done, that way you get a chance to do what is right for you at this point in your life. keep in touch if you can. its a hard decision and i am here for support if needed.

You really could be, I had some of those symptoms when I was pregnant, I choose to terminate my pregnancy, I don't regret my decision. But you need to get on birth control and always use condoms, don't take chances that could change your life forever. I think you might be able to test a week before your missed period, go see and doctor to get an accurate result.
Getting pregnant taught me a lesson, get on the pill and I have been on the pill almost nine months, and had no problems.
