I was wondering what your opinions are on having sex early in a relationship versus waiting until later? How do you feel that it affects the relationship? Reply to this Question Share |

Waiting longer is the better way to go because it gives you both time to get to know each other on a psychological level instead of on a physical level. Truthfully, what I have heard from my guy friends and even my current boyfriend that if the girl kisses or sleeps with the guy on the first date, that means she could be a hussy and there's no point in making anything out it besides a one night stand. So the more you hold out, the more the guy will appreciate you, and the more special it'll be for the both of you in the end.

Wish i'd not had sex on a first date cos that only resulted in being a one night stand with no relationship formed, it left me heartbroken and confidence bruised. Waiting for me is better, i get to know the person rather than just their physical body. Explore mind and soul frist, body can come later. Though i have known people who were committed friends, had sex one random night and were a couple for years after.
