 There is a very slim chance. But the chlorine and temperature in pools kills sperm quite quickly.

The bottom line is: if you are fooling around make sure the sperm ends up in a CONDOM! Don't take stupid risks if you can't deal with the consequences. She could also consider some form of birth control too.

 Well, I think when inside the sperm lives approximately 3-5 days, but outside it's something like 1-6 hours, but I think that's only if it dries, which would be hard considering the fact of being in water.. Anyway the chances of getting pregnant that way, i'd say, are very very very unlikely, it's almost never that you hear of someone getting pregnant without penetration, and just imagine how many guys would go into a pool with pre cum on them or do so whilst oggling all the women in bikini's, yet you never hear of anyone getting pregnant mysteriously in the swimming pool lol mind you, i'm not saying that it couldn't happen, honestly, weirder things have!

but i doubt it - but still yes a very very very slim ridiculous chance.... even less if in the water (otherwise women would be getting pregnant from swimming which would mean more virgin births)
