But in a moment of weakness I slipped up, and I guess I was far less gentle than usual because I was quite angry at myself :( Without going into too much detail, I've been bleeding a bit on the inside. Everything on the outside is really sore as well, and rather red and swollen; sitting down is pretty painful. Should I be worried, or just give it few days to settle down? I'm concerned I've done myself an injury! Reassurance would be very much appreciated x Reply to this Question Share |

soothing warm baths, ice packs might help
and everything Aunt Honesty said as well.
also, while you had your reasons for the ban on masturbating, I'm concerned that you felt the need to punish yourself for a natural act...

Give it a few days to see if it will settle down, try taking a bath every day to soothe it. Where your hands clean? It could be possible that you might have give yourself an infection or maybe it is thrush. If it does not seem to clear in a couple of days go to your doctor. You don't need to tell them about masturbating just explain your symptoms. Try not to worry though am sure there is no damage done.
