I haven't started my period yet and don't know what is going on. I don't want to go to the doctor because when I was little I had a bad experience with a male doctor looking down there. Please help! Especially those who have had a yeast infection before and know what to expect.

Look for "Monistat" and finds all kinds of products available. Your mom and you can look them over and read the explanations. You don't have to go to the doctor anymore.

I'm no expert or a girl for that matter but it sounds as if you have something and it's always better to get it checked out. Can you request a female doctor if you don't feel comfortable with a male doctor because of this past experiance?
