Have his feelings for me faded?

A female age 36-40, *ubblygirl writes:

I am good friends with this guy. He had feelings for me before but I think they've faded but we still talk lots and see each other. Anyways, he always touches (hugs, pats) other people, mostly girls, but he wont do that with me! Specifically one girl who he is around hanging out with, hugging and carpooling to parties!!! Should I be worried?? Its confusing why he still talks to me but wont hug me!
