He cannot orgasm with penetration and normally finishes himself off. He is okay with oral sex and takes great enjoyment with bringing me to climax. As he always performs oral sex with me and this is frequently, I was wondering if this could result in me being less sensitive in this area, I don't always climax but certainly enjoy the tickling. He also likes to pull on my inner lips and was wondering if this is causeing them to stretch, as they protrude beyond the outer lips.

BTW, you both sound to be very mature and coping very well and lovingly with his ED.

Hi no oral sex should not be causing the stretching unless he is being unbelievably rough which would be hurting you, the inner lips coming out over the outer lips is quite a normal thing to happen as we get older so i wouldnt worry about it.
